Eat Healthy: Keep Cellulite At Bay



Though there are no wonder diets to cure cellulite and prevent it from developing, but there are certain foods you can eat or avoid to keep cellulite at bay. You should avoid refined carbohydrate foods like rice, white bread and pasta. Processed foods such as sodas, chips, ready-made meals convenience foods should be avoided as well. However, you can consume whole grains (whole-wheat flour, brown rice and wholegrain pasta) in your diet for weight loss.
